Privacy Policy
What we collect
ProxyNest is designed to collect as little as possible. Here is what touches our servers when you visit:
- Server logs: our web server records standard technical data (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and debugging. Logs rotate automatically and are never sold.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects anonymized usage statistics. You can opt out with your browser's Do Not Track setting or an ad blocker.
- Contact and comment forms: if you send us a message or post a comment, we store the name, email, and text you provide so we can reply or display your comment. We never share these with third parties.
What we never collect
There are no accounts, no logins, and no registration on ProxyNest. We do not store the proxies you copy, the pages you export, or any list of "your" proxies. We do not run our own tracking scripts beyond Google Analytics.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: Google Analytics cookies for statistics, and a local-storage flag to remember whether you dismissed the welcome popup. No advertising cookies are currently in use. If we add an ad network later, this page will be updated first.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare: sits in front of our site for security and speed. It processes traffic under its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: usage statistics, governed by Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete a comment you posted or a message you sent. Reach us through the contact form and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new policy.
